Galaxy S4 wont charge wont turn on - no response to fully charged battery

Please help I have tried everything, I could find that could possibly solve this. I really just want my pictures off this phone. It is in mint condition never been dropped, never got wet.

Recently it was having trouble charging and we would just wiggle the wire to get it to work.

If that is the case, you can either have it repaired, if that IS the issue, or you could buy a wireless charging back for the S4
and a wireless charger.



If you were having problems charging it, could be the charge port and your battery is just simply dead.

I have an external charger and 2 batteries which i fully charged and inserted and phone did not respond or turn on

In that case you may want to look at bringing it to your provider and having the phone sent off for repair
