I have haptic feedback on and power saving mode off and my phone still doesn't vibrate when it rings or I type or anything pls help I highly appreciate it

If you turn your volume down to vibrate will it vibrate? is it only not vibrating when you receive notifications

not sure if heptic feedback can be adjusted with vibration intensity option. but see if it's not all the way down.
settings -> my device (tab) -> sound -> vibration intensity (just checked, there is an option for heptic feedback)

I had that happen to my galaxy S3. Guess the motor can go out

I had a problem with my texts not vibrating, and as I held down the power button to turn it off and back on, I saw some options. "Mute, Vibrate," and something else. Turns out my son must have done it. Maybe this happened with yours? Hope it helps.

Hmm haven't had this issue but it seems intriguing
