Galaxy S5 Alarms

Is there any way to disable all sounds except for alarms on the Galaxy S5? Do alarms go off when the phone is set to silent?

There is no option to ONLY have alarms make sound in Settings<Sound or in the alarm settings. Any help is much appreciated.

It should still work when all set to silent. I know it does on my wife's S4. But to confirm I would silence everything then just set a test alarm 5 minutes out and see what happens
