Galaxy S5 Camera light permanently on, how can I turn it off?

Galaxy s5 Camera light permanently on.

Went to charge my S5 and the camera light is now stuck on. I have tried a factory reset and that has not worked. The only way is to take the battery out.

Thanks for your response ( I have now registered with the website), I have tried that link and nothing seems to work. Currently it has shut itself down as no power in battery but light remains on!!! Have taken the battery out as a precaution. As previously said I have tried a complete manufactures reset, but no luck. Have also tried starting in safe mode, again no luck. I am at my witts end with this, next stage will be to take it to one of those tech shops who claim to be able to repair anything, but before I do I am hopeful the web will bear fruits.

After much searching on the web, I took it to a tech shop for someone to diagnose. Basically there is a short circuit on the motherboard and that needs replaced, he quoted me £70 but also told me the screen need to come off and it can crack when removing it. After talking to him I decided fro him not to repair the phone as he was not willing to pay for the screen if he broke it!!!!!!!!!!!. Also it is £70 towards a new phone. If it wasn't for the fat that I am running 4G on my network I would have gone back to my S3. I managed to get a HTC510 for £65, now its no S5 but I can live with it till my contact is up in 10 months when I will go for a sim only deal and look to buy a S6 (already seen one for £349).
