Galaxy S5 email problems, how can I fix them?

Galaxy S5 email problems

My email wasnt syncing correctly, So I deleted my email account and re-added it hoping it would work.. It will install the email account but there are no folders in my box.. No inbox... Nothing.. I tried deleting and reinstalling it.. and still nothing.. any body know how I can fix this..

Sorry, I should have mentioned that. I am using the standard one that comes with the phone.. White envelope with the red outlines.
