Galaxy S5 G900V Wi-Fi Issues

Hey AC folks,
When I got home today, I found my Wi-Fi on my S5 had quit working. When I go into the settings menu, the on-off switch is set to the off position, with no ability to move it to on. I turned the phone of and back on again, no difference. Factory reset, no difference.

I did buy the phone refurbished, and previously had an issue with the same unit and the SD card slot (which still doesn't work).

Anyone have any ideas what might be wrong? Is the Wi-Fi radio done for? Do I need a new phone? Should I never buy refurbished?

Try reinstalling the firmware, using Samsung Smart Switch (http://www.sammobile.com/forum/showthread.php?t=29914) or Kies (http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...amsung-emergency-recovering-samsung-kies.html). Make sure you backup or sync your data beforehand.
