Galaxy S5: How can I keep my camera app turned off?

Galaxy S5 Turn off camera app

I have a "Task Killer app" and it shows the camera app keeps turning on, even after I use the "force stop". It doesn't even show the disable function. (I want it off if I am not using it)

It's not using power and is just being cached in ram so that it opens faster. Even if you find a way to disable it, won't effect the phones functioning or battery life vs ignoring it ( although constantly killing it may effect battery life More than ignoring it)
