Galaxy s5 isn't downloading full app

Ok so I have had trouble with error 194? I think it was then did what I was told which was go into app manager and find google service framework and reset the data... now instead of downloading the whole app it will download a small portion of the app, then when I go to run the app it will stop working imediatley

Try a soft factory reset on your device. If the issue remains, try a full factory reset.
