Galaxy S5 locked screen "Asking for Alternative Password"
Phone is locked and asking for an Alternative Password. How can I provide a Alternative Password when I didn't set one? Is there a way to unlock the phone so I can use it without doing a factory reset and loosing all my information.
If there is no way to get in ....is there a way to do a backup so I do not loose VIP information that has been stored?
