They make a Neo-Hybrid for the GS4 just without the dotted TPU inner portion. Pretty much the same thing.

No, but have you contacted Zerolemon about any upcoming products. I would suspect they wont' be too long if they are going to offer something.

Can you access the USB charge port with that case. I'm returning the tough armor one, I don't have finger nails to reach the cover because the case is so thick
