Hi. I'm going mad trying to solve this.
I have a Galaxy S5 and save numbers and emails via Contacts which sync (I hope!) to Outlook.
Anyway... I use Groups a lot (in Contacts hitting the three stacked dots top right) and I find that I will create a Group, add contacts as stored in Contacts and it will initially save them and then when I go back to use them I'll know some are deleted from the Group (still in Contacts though). Really frustrating. Any clues?
I've tried writing in emails and numbers manually (did the phone not like the original method of entry?? Saving the number of someone who called me for example). No rhyme or reason (to me) it seems.
What am I not understanding?
The Group tool could be useful as I can send emails and texts through it. Can anyone recommend an app that ties in if not solvable?
