Galaxy S5 Randomness

For a few months now my S5 will randomly launch play store opening to a random app,usually Lyft or another random app. It does this when I open another app, like Facebook or my Messages app. It will also randomly bring up this Web page that is about winning some apple products. The screenshot is what used to be shown. Recently it's a different layout asking of I own an apple product. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there a fix for this?

I'm guessing you've got Adware.

I don't usually run AV software on my devices (I only do so for their anti-theft features), but get one and do a scan to verify.

I have AVG installed with nothing found. Lookout also finds nothing. I installed Avast and also found nothing.

Hmmmmm....anything else other than what you've mentioned that's odd?

I just installed and ran an Adware specific program. It found 8 apps that had adware in them. So I will see what happens. Thanks for the input
