AC Question

Hello,
Since some months ago I realized that I can no longer use my 32G External SD card on my Galaxy S5 and I tried to find out why but without success.
Using the "My file" app coming with the phone I get failure whatever I try to do : create folder gets "creation failed", delete folder gets "Delete failed", as well as deleting file like pictures.
When I set camera default storage to the External card, I get the following : "Unable to sage file in SD card. Change default storage has been changed to device memory".
I also lost the possibility to move apps to card using apps like Clean Master.
I upgraded to Android 6.0.1 on January 2nd, 2017, but the issue started months ago with the previous versions.
What I tried to fix the issue :
- Using an other SD card (2G) = same issue
- Using the card with PC = can't create folder on it, but after PC format works fine.
- Review all possible setting with apps permissions, all is fine.
Any ideas please ??
I read something about google restricting access to SC card with new android versions, is it real because I can't believe it !!
