Galaxy S5

[AC Question]

I just purchased a Galaxy S5 and a Lifeproof case. Everyone I talk to hears their voice echo. I took the phone back and they exchanged with a new one. The echo was still there. They changed the Lifeproof case and the echo is still there. Is there anything I can do to fix the problem.
