Please help me! I own a galaxy s6 (international model, official, not rooted) which is stuck in a boot loop from hell. The led is white (not the usual "boot-up blue") and won't change colour or even turn off. It was the last straw this a few hours ago when it randomly restarted, got stuck halfway through the Samsung logo and started making the loudest noise I've ever heard it produce. It was NOT a vibration. Ever since then, it has just been stuck and keeps restarting. When it does get past the "Samsung Galaxy S6" screen it just says 'no command' with the android lying on its back. I'm actually at a complete and utter loss. It's actually done this a few times this week, but I've always been able to at least boot it into safe mode and uninstall snapchat - which I think is the cause of all this. I can't power off the device, and even when the battery drains completely, the same 'no command' screen appears as soon as it's plugged in. I can't boot it in recovery mode as I can't get it to switch off. I can't even seem to bypass the 'no command screen. It's just sitting on my floor, charging, overheating and looking all smug. Frankly, I'm pretty damn close to hurling it out of my window.
Also, does anyone know WHY the led is sometimes white or yellow during a boot loop on newer Samsung Phones?
