Galaxy S6 edge+ spazzing when charging..

I woke up this morning and found my phone had barely charged over the night. (plugged to the wall w/ samsung adapter)
I grabbed my phone did a few things and went driving. My phone was charging fine plugged into the car. When I got home and tried charging it on the wall (plugged to the wall w/ samsung adapter) I noticed it was rapidly showing the icon that it was charging and it disappears the next few hundred milliseconds and it would eventually do this until the phone ran out of battery. I put my phone on vibrate to see what would happen and it was vibrating non stop(spazzing) until I unplugged it. tried using my brothers adapter, cable, and using a different spot, same result. I tried wireless charging and It would charge for 5 seconds, then stop and resume and so forth. As of now I have to charge my phone to my desktop in order for it not to do anything silly. I tried charging it while it was off and connected to the wall outlet and it would do the same thing but without vibrating, the green dot would flash very quickly when its supposed to appear and slowly become transparent and reappear.(I think)
I can charge it while it is on but it cant be connected to a wall or wireless charger. Restarting my phone seems to do nothing to help.

Has anybody had a similar problem and found a fix?

I forgot to mention while, when I plug it in to the wall w/ the adapter I get a popup from samsung about "power sharing" and asks me to download the app. The full message is this:

Power Sharing

You must download the app in order to control the amount of power shared. If you connect your device with to another device with the samsung Power Sharing Cable EP-SG900 without the app, the entire battery amount will be transferred to the other device. Connect to samsung Apps and download the application.

I only get this message / problem when I charge from the wall w/ adapter..
I guess my phone thinks I'm trying to power share but I still don't think it would cause it to spazz @_@

I downloaded the app to see if it would fix any problems.. Having it open I plug in my charger through my computer and its normal. Once I plug in the cable from the wall it says power sharing cable connected but rapidly turns it on / off and does the same usual thing.. I tried wireless charging and it charges for a full second then says wireless charging paused and does an endless cycle... Going to contact samsung.

If you have a Best Buy store near you with a Samsung Desk/Kiosk and have the time and inclination ? I would go by and show them the problem first hand? I have found the folks there are pretty savy with their mobile phone products..helped me out a couple of times.
