Galaxy S6 I have a Upload Paused message on my lock screen

I have an Upload Paused message on my lock screen . It states 0 of 2564 0.0 of 16656.4mb.

How do I get rid of this message . Another message states upload will resume when I connect to wifi. I have connecetd to multiple wifi's and nothing is happening

Another message states upload will resume when I connect to wifi.

What kind of message are you sending? Any photos or videos attached to the message? If so, it won't go via wifi... it needs to be sent via Data connection.
