Galaxy S6 RAM at 85%..??

I just checked the Galaxy S6 'Smart Manager' App; it says my RAM is at 85%.
IS THAT NORMAL??
I have the usual apps, and I even deleted several that I was never going to use.

I still am disappointed that I cannot uninstall the samsung pay app,
and also that my phones (S6 32GB, and S6 128GB) did not come with a Memo Widget.

That is normal. Android is designed to run like that. It auto manages ram as it needs it. That's why ram management apps are actually horrible to have.

No free ram is not a problem unless it is preventing you from running an app.
