I am having teething troubles using the camera on my Galaxy S7 phone. If I use the camera in portrait mode, everything is good, all the controls respond as they should and picture taking is easy.
But if I turn the unit to landscape mode, the picture orientation changes okay but most of the time the camera controls will not respond.
I can't take pictures, I can't make changes to the settings, nor to the mode...I can't exit or anything. The picture on screen changes as I move the camera but none of the controls respond. All controls lock
This is true in all photographic modes...if I orientate the camera back to portrait mode everything works again. I said "most of the time" at the beginning because every now and then it will work in landscape mode for a short period. What am I doing wrong please.
