Galaxy S7 Edge Lighting and Nougat Update

If Samsung was going to do an update then they should have let us know what we were losing before our phones updated. There used to be a color option for 'Edge People'. You could customize the lighting color so that each person had a distinct color. This allowed us to know who was calling or texting from across the room or without a ring tone. This was a major selling point for this phone. I get that they didn't make a specific edge phone and that all the S8 phones have an edge screen and edge capabilities, but for those of us that purchased these phones for the features advertised by Samsung, the loss of said features is highly disappointing! I am very upset with the deceitful way this was brought about and I wish there was a place to complain to the company! Despite liking the new look since the Nougat Update, I am aggravated that they added more space for 'Edge People' yet took away options that I loved and bragged about on my phone. I am unsure if I will even get another Galaxy at this point because I want to know what I am getting or not getting. It is cool that the edge lights up regardless, but I like the colors that were given to me! Bring back this feature please Samsung! I'm annoyed!

Yes, it's irritating to have features taken away. Nougat did that too.
In any case, Samsung website would be a place to try to lodge a complaint..

Samsung has completely blown their nougat update. There's hate all over the net with the way they handled it. I will never own a Samsung phone after what I've read =-O :-(
