Hello,
I have a Galaxy s7 Edge and the memory is almost full(I can not use sd card since i have 2 sim cards).I am looking for a way to back up and transfer my photos and videos ,i know i can connect via USB and copy and paste the folder ,but with this way i can not control the future back up or duplicates(can i?).do you know any free soft ware to sync between the phone and PC/MAC.(I have both pc and mac). Also I don't want to use any online back up like google photos .thank you for your help.

What do you mean you cannot control future back up and duplicates? Cut and paste works. That way no duplicates left in the phone.

Google photos will be the absolute easiest. You have access from gdrive as well. You can also use dropbox or one drive. All are reliable and free, till you run out of storage. if you only want pc backup and no super easy and automatic online backup then cut/past is the easiest. But when the phone is plugged in it asks what you want to do, one of them is to import photo/videos.

yeah google photos works a treat, as said, once synced you can then delete the media from your phones storage because it is on your google storage and synced to your pc if you install the pc 'backup and sync; software.
