Android Central Question
Hello,
I have been using Galaxy S7 for a few months and recently changed to a different carrier.
My phone connected to LTE with the previous carrier (Rogers in Canada) but now I am with Bell Mobility and my phone won't connect to their LTE.
When I turn on data, basically nothing happens.
1. I have talked to 4 Bell tech support agents, made sure the APN settings are correct.
2. I did a factory reset twice.
3. I tried the SIM on my old S4 and it has the LTE connection.
4. I took the phone to a Samsung repair store and they said the hardware has no problem.
5. I installed an app to force LTE connection.
All these did not solve the issue.
Is there anything else I can do?
Thank you.
