Galaxy s7 "No Photos Selected" is always displayed

No matter what I am using my phone for, browsing the web, checking my bank account, texting etc. the words "No Photos Selected" is always displayed in the background using a florescent text.

I have disabled screensaver and AOD as well as changing the theme and this has not changed anything.

Download a pure white background picture, and open it in Gallery. Does those words still appear? If it does, sounds like screen burn in. Those words seem to me that it was once used as a display unit somewhere.
