Galaxy S7 on ATT

I've seen the Certified Refurbished Galaxy S7s for ATT on Amazon. They seem like good prices. They are unlocked though, so will that mean that it will not receive Android Updates OTA for security or android version updates?

Where can I get a refurbished phone that is locked on ATT so that I can get updates?

, what I meant by true unlocked is it does not contain anything carrier related the one that Op is referring to is AT&T so it's bloated not a original unlocked device, and might be on a different schedule for updates
