Galaxy S7 phone apps not working after update on 8/25/18

[Android Central Question]

I did the last update on 8/25/18. After update was done, turned phone off & charged overnight. Now my apps aren't working at all. Some say no internet connection, but it's there. Others won't load any info. My weather isn't working period. I have tried turning internet & blue tooth off then on. Turned phone off & on. Nothing seems to work. Help Please!
