I don't get notified or anything of the sort but sometimes when I go into my Gallery the pictures I take and store on my SD Card don't show up. Also, I set Spotify to save to SD Card which it does, but then it goes back to the Device Storage when the SD Card unmounts itself.
It seems to be completely random. The first time I found out it was because I was taking a video and my phone said I was low on memory which I knew I shouldn't be. Low and behold, it had switched to saving on the device and didn't even know the SD card was in there. I've tried other memory cards and the same thing happens.
