How can i unblock my Galaxy s8?
It requires to me a PIN, but i don't know why it(that i know) doesn't working.
please help me

how can i reset the smartphone?
I can't reboot the smartphone because it requires me the PIN for the reboot.

Did you buy it used? If so, you have to get the unlocking PIN from the seller.

If you bought it new, contact the seller - it shouldn't have any PIN on it that you didn't put there.

And if you bought it used and there's already a Google Account set on it, if you manage to reset the phone, there's a theft protection that will ask you to log into the phone with the original Google Account before you can set it up.

Ok , i resolved it.
i don't know why my PIN was not correct.


I rebooted the smartphone in recovery mode and then my password worked. thank you
