Galaxy S8+ Instagram Videos/Stories Wont Play TRIED EVERYTHING

When are they going to fix this problem? I am ready to go back to an IPHONE.
Is this an Android problem across all devices?

Uninstalled-Installed Instagram everyday for the last month!

Reset my network, tried wireless vs wifi, turned off power saving mode,
force stopped the app, cleared cache, and the problem persists!!!

What should I do? Its very frustrating....whose fault is it? Instagram or Samsung?

Please advise!

Both working for me. Forgive the dumb questions, but are you installing from the Play Store and do you have any app permissions disabled?

It could be your router, try rebooting your entire network at home and see if that helps.
