Galaxy S8 USB connected/dieconnected charging error

[Android Central Question]

Hey my 1.5 yrs old Samsung galaxy S8 has not been charging with any USB-c chargers recently. I have been getting a USB connected and USB disconnected notification occasionally.
Sometimes that notification will occur when plugged in to a charger and sometimes it will just go constantly.

I have restarted the phone many times and reset privacy settings and cleared the usb settings cache. The phone still wont charge with any wall chargers. HOWEVER, my portable battery bank will charge my phone but nothing else will! This has been super confusing for me not sure what has gone wrong.

Right now I am not getting the error but I cannot charge the phone with wall chargers still. I have used multiple cords and wall blocks too.

Any help would be appreciated!

You try safe mode ? And make sure the charger port clean then possible damaged charging port.
