Android Central Question

OK. I'm very ticked off. I recorded several videos at a concert and the most important one (the star is only 20 feet from me) is giving me an error "FAILED TO PLAY VIDEO" and "AN UNKNOWN ERROR HAS OCCURRED". This video was MADE with the phone's camera and other video players say the file format is not supported. It shows in the list but won't play. How do I get this to play on my phone (or anywhere) or did I just waste money switching to an android device?

I've been an Apple user for over a decade but just purchased this a month or two ago SPECIFICALLY for the better camera. But a camera is useless if it won't play the video back!

Also, if this can be fixed, how do I keep the iris from automatically switching to default? Every time I took a video I had to adjust it (things were WAY over-exposed on default). Of course, if the above issue can't be fixed I will go back to Apple and will tell as many people as I can about my experience.

As it stands right now I feel as though I made a massive mistake. Please show me I didn't.

Same problem with my Note 9. In addition, all the pictures are black with a question mark in the middle.

Not what I was expecting with a $1400 phone. Doesn't even take pictures. Rip off.
