Galaxy S9: accounts keep signing out!!

I have a 2 month old Galaxy S9 with T-Mobile service and both my Samsung and Google accounts keep signing out. It's not a glitch, it's an ex. Once they get signed out all my customized settings are changed, my apps get erased, MMS and phone calls stop working and passwords keep getting changed. T-mobile is no help except to say it's not rooted. The same things have happened on both iPhone & android platforms. The only time, I think, it works right is after I factory reset it and create new account's, but it happens again. Please someone help please!!!!!

Are you still sharing the same line? Does your ex know your passwords? It's a crime to hack someone else's phone or account, so if you have concrete evidence, bring it to the authorities.

That was a real answer, and the problem you're facing is a real problem if your ex knows your passwords. I doubt flashing a new ROM would help in that situation. But I see you've left the forums, so good luck anyway.

You have someone that knows your passwords and are mad that we can't answer your question? It's obvious... Change the password.
