Galaxy S9+ calling problem

Hello,

my wife and I have newly bought the Galaxy S9+.
But everytime my wife tries to call me, she gets noticed that I am "currently not available", but my phone is ringing for some time.

I can't find a fix for this in the settings and would need help.

The Smartphones have both the newest updates.

Open your phone dialer, tap Settings, and undo what you did at some point to not allow her number to ring through . Then clear the cache partition and reboot.
