Galaxy S9 had weather/time on home page and it disappeared, but is still there...

I tried to add it back the usual way - press space on home page, go to widgets, find the widget, drag it to home page. When I do this, it says that the widget is already there. So it's invisible. This happened once before but I can't remember the fix.

Ideas anyone?

Have you checked that the widget isn't in another page? If you're using a custom launcher, you might need to disable widget overlapping or custom sizing.
