Galaxy s9 plus ad pop ups

I just got the galaxy s9 plus. I've been downloading g apps but on the play store. I've been getting pop ups on snapchat then it moved to all my apps. I tried uninstalling recent apps but nothing. I tried hidden app finders and malware scans but nothing. I did find out that when the add pops up and I press the recent apps button it shows up as an app but no name. The app logo was a yellow circle. After some digging in my phone I saw that that same logo was for the system ui. Any advice on what to do?
