Galaxy s9 the only phone that always runs warm

I've had a lot of phones it seems this phone is always warm - hot in my hand more than any other smartphone. Is this a Samsung flaw?

How warm-hot is it? What app do you use to check the temperature?

I don't have to check the temperature When your phone is warm in your hands through the case on the back that should not be on normal use.

i have this app called Ampere installed.it shows the battery temperature.sometimes when i feel that the phone is warm.i open the app and it shows 31 degrees.i suspect the materials used in the case or maybe weak signal.
