I have the skyrocket right now and seen the nexus price drop. Should I stay with what I have or sell my skyrocket and get the nexus? Can any one give me any pros and cons of them both? Also if I sell my skyrocket should I sell on Amazon, Ebay or craigslist? And for how much? I don't have the box but it is in perfect condition. Not a scratch, dent or scuff on my phone.

I'm not sure about selling price (probably not going to be great with the S3 nurturing the street). That said, so you live in a LTE area? That is the big difference in favor of the skyrocket. The GN had the better screen and software, especially with JB right around the corner. My wife has a skyrocket and I much prefer straight ICS over Touchwiz. If you switch to the GN, I don't think you'll have any regrets. Good luck!

Ashley, I received my GN yesterday. been playing with it all day. It's an awesome device really, The HD screen looks very sharp compared to the Skyrocket and it feels really great in the hand. However it is noticeably darker, especially the difference in white color, The Skyrocket has more vivid colors because of the SAmoled+ But anyway, I'm returning it... after taking it with me to a couple of places I have to say that the internet speed on it is like going back to 2010 when I had my HSPA Motorola Atrix. If you got used to the blazing fast LTE speeds it will be very hard for you to go back to HSPA. there were times yesterday (especially in some parts of the town) where i literary had to wait for the heavy webpage to load for one minute or more, and I did try three different AT&T apn settings the best speeds I got was down 3.4 and up 1. and it is strange because when my Skyrocket falls back to HSPA speeds it woud usually be HSPAP 15 and the GN would never go more than HSDPA 9 and often on the Galaxy Nexus i'd see the " H" would change to "3G" So I think this is because of the difference between the radio chips used in these two phones. Qualcomm chipsets perform much better in acquiring stronger signal. So it is really up to you if you want the Jelly Bean or you need to have your LTE. I loved everything about the GN but I realised i need my LTE. its a trade off. So I'll be using the latest ICS leak on my Skyrocket in a mean time,

Edit:
called AT&T tech support and the rep did some tweaking on my line... The data reception has improved a bit after that. getting about 4.5 down and around 2.3 up, not bad.. Also been testing it more all day today and finally decided to stick with it. put my skyrocket up for sale. The Skyrocket and the GN are both really great phones but GN still beats the SR in some key aspects. will have to get used to slower speeds of course..

I never used the skyrocket but, if your trying to sell it I would recommend EBay. Just do a search on there and see how much they are selling for. This will give you a good idea of what you can sell it for. Ebay will also give you a average starting price and final sale price compared to others, when your setting up your listing.

I would definitely try to sell the phone personally first, but if that doesn't work then eBay would be my next option. I would definitely go with the galaxy nexus. It has the longest life potential due to its Google tag. You are guaranteed more updates than with the skyrocket. I can also say since I've had the galaxy s 2 that the galaxy nexus is a better phone. My last comment would be Jelly Bean! Get the phone!;)

Hi Guys,

I currently have the international GSII. I was thinking of maybe switching to the Nexus or the Skyrocket with ATT since it now has ICS. My question... Is the battery life really bad? I have read posts where people are not happy with the battery life. Am I going to notice a hit, coming from a GSII?

jelly Bean... that is all I have to say...

the GNEX ,, you will have/get Jelly bean.. it is real fast..

Sold my Skyrocket on Amazon for $335 I had two extra batteries and two cheap cases along with it... Couldn't be more happier with my GNex now...
