Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 - Pending Google Play Transactions

I tried to buy some lP on The sims freeplay on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, however I didn't have enough money in my account. I no longer want to buy this and I know that some money is coming into my account. Will it automaticaly take the money out of my account? And if so, how do I stop the transaction?
