Its only been a day now that l bought it (galaxy tab 3 8.0) and it just restarts over and over again until I put it on charge. It becomes really heated up Due to this the battery also drains very quickly. Any Suggestions? Please Help!

I wouldn't even give it much more thought if I bought it from a retailer...back it would go, quick, fast, and in a hurry. In, fact, same thing if you purchased online. Might also give you a chance to see if you don't really want a Nexus 7 (or Note 8.0 )
Sounds like you got a lemon, happens occasionally with all brands of tablets. Take it back and do checkout the new Google Nexus 7....one look at the N7 will remind you why you really want the 8" Tab 3 or if you can afford it the Note 8.0.
