I spoke with executive customer relations department after purchasing the tablet foUr separate times exchanging and what they told me the only thing they're allowed to do is send it in for repairs which i think is completely nuts and I tried giving them a hard time but they will not budge on it they know that this is a problem, they are selling faulty software I suggest people return it and buy an iPad or something other than this galaxy pro because it does not work properly and Samsung is not giving us enough information on this and not apologizing for the mistake
