Galaxy Tab Pro (SM-TF520) suddenly gets "Not in Range" for EVERY wifi router that used to work.

Galaxy Tab running 4.4.2 spontaneously stopped connecting with wifi. ALL wifi routers...in the world, including ones that work perfectly for every other device. I have seen people post similar problems, but none of the solutions has worked for me in the slightest.

Have cleared cache, made sure airplane mode isn't on, done a reboot, done a power-off, switched wifi on and off, reset router.

I have been tempted to try a wifi fixer app but am not clear on how to install without a connection.

Would be grateful for any help.

Have you tried to do a factory data reset?
