Galaxy Tab S 10.5 does not turn off completely?!

After press Turn Off button when my Galaxy Tab S 10.5, he turn off, after 3 seconds he alternate between a battery grey with a bold icon and a battery with charge percentage.
So the tablet not turn off completely. Some app can cause this? I don't know.

Welcome to Android Central! Most devices when fully powered off will still be able to display the battery charging icon if plugged in. That's normal.
