I have a Tab2 running 4.2.2 and would like to know if i can run multi windows on this,if so how do i do it

Welcome to the forums.
It should be in Settings>Display. Check the box. If it is already checked, long press the back button.

Just looked in settings-display and there is nothing there re-multi windows
