Galaxy tab2s shutting down

my galaxy tab2s is turning itself off and rebooting when playing a game ! any idea why or how to fix this annoying problem

Welcome to Android Central! Does it only happen when playing that specific game? If so, it might be a problem with the game, causing instability. Contact the game developer and let them know about the problem.

Shuts down and reboots not only when playing games have tried factory reset and still does same . Also battery level shows high charge and then nothing so have to recharge

If the battery is suddenly plummeting, then it's probably failing. It could be something called a dendrite, which can't be fixed--you'd need to get a battery replacement. Is the tablet still under warranty?
