Is there one place to find a list of ALL ROMs available for the VM Victory phones?

I know darn well VM will NOT be updating it.

Thanks!

Re: ROMS

There's another forum, not sure if I'm allowed to post links to it here. Has more dev action going on.

Its actually called conquest. And there is another called victorious. Conquest is on vmroms and victorious 0.3.1 (most recent) is on phandroid (android forums)

I do not know how to use Victorious. It puts my phone into a boot loop

You have to be updated to 4.1.2. On sprint I think its baseband mc1 and on virgin its mg5.
Conquest 11.3 cataclysm is for virgin only.
If you're fully updated on virgin and get boot loop it may be that your phone can't handle the overclock kernel. After flashing victorious, before reboot, flash the stock kernel. On sprint I can't help because I don't own that version.

I've rooted my phone and installed Redspot .4, will installing 11.3 conquest be an issue?

Thank you,

Tom

I have Conquest Cataclysm ROM on it with the same OC kernel as in Victorious and it's working fine. I'm on Virgin Mobile 4.1.2

The kernel in victorious is not the same as conquest.
Remember to install victorious you must be stock first, and do not wipe data or Anything. Only wipe cache and dalvik after flash

Going for it, cataclysm.. in the wipe stage..should it take a long, long time to format and update the system partition? I mean its been over an hour..did the format but taking forever, it seems, to "update partition details." using twrp 2.4.3
is that somewhat normal? Do I have any options? The other caches are already cleared and formatted.

Thanks.

Okay,

Gotten further. Got it going, keep getting errors from Google app processes..stop messages from Google play, search,..

Google.process.gapps

Any ideas?

okay

got 11.3 installed and working!!! Nice ROM
Getting everything back up to all the functionality I had. 2 things..

One, there isn't a native Microsoft exchange 2010 client.
Two, I miss the ability to view and kill open apps in one button with this rom and memory usage via the home button, like the stock ROM had.

Anyone have easy and seamless solutions for the Conquest rom?

Thank you, thank you... really getting comfortable with this one..

Tom

I am trying hard to get the original mail client, that worked great with my version of Exchange 2010, installed but getting all kinds of roadblocks.

I picked up ROOT Explorer to copy the 4 files? needed to copy the the original client files to systems\apps. the two APK and the two Odex files? .no luck.
When I go to install the latest APK, doesn't install.
Anyone have a solution?:-\
EDIT:

I found a great replacement that is in beta right now called Mailwise...looks like a winner so far! I need it to support Exchange 2010 activesync..
