Hi,

I'm interested in getting a Galaxy Watch 3 LTE to use it as a "senior watch". I need some help to clarify several options that I consider mandatory for such an use. Please help me with the following issues:

1. I need to be able to check the status of the wearing person (heart rate, falling, etc.) remotely from a PC and/or an android device (via a website or an app for example). Of course, that PC/android device will not be paired with the watch, nor connected via bluetooth or another nearby connection. Is it possible? How?

2. I've seen that there is only one contact to be alerted in a SOS situation (falling) in the settings. If that contact is busy (in a call/conference) there must be at least 1 or 2 other contacts set up to be alerted, maybe even all of them simultaneously. Is it possible? How?

3. In a SOS situation (manually or automatically started), there must be a way to alert the contacts with details like location (based on GPS, mobile cell, wifi's ssid's around, etc.), Also, ideally, the watch must be able to autoanswer when is called from specific contacts pre-set, in order to be able to hear the person in trouble. Is it possible? How?

I've seen that all the hardware technical premises are already in place in order to solve my previous questions/requests, but I don't know if the software (apps) are there, ready to help.

Thank you,
