Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Tab s5e

When I was originally looking at a smart watch I wanted a galaxy watch active. However, since it would not work with tablets at all I couldn't use it. I work in child care and can not have my phone on me. I have parents that message me or if I am waiting for a response to a question from a parent, I need to be able to get their reply without having to check the tablet every 5 minutes. I am pretty busy throughout the day. Now that the Galaxy Watch 4 has WearOS is it compatible with the Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e? I went with a Fossil, and it had WearOS and worked well with it. Thought I'd ask now that Galaxy Watch 4 has WearOS 3.0 on it. Thanks!

I don't have a tablet but being that it's a Samsung tablet you shouldn't have any issues at all since it works the best in the samsung ecosystem

It may work. The Watch 4 despite being Wear OS uses the Galaxy Wearable app and on my Tab s6 i checked if it is downloadable and although there's a caveat saying "it may not be optimized...", the install button is clickable. You may want to check it first just to be sure.

Thanks I checked it and its not even available for my tablet to install. Guess that answers my question. ??????

Tab S7 Plus 5G here and when I went to install it on the tablet it would not install saying that it was already on my phone.
