Since the update the temp sensor is now turned on for menstrual cycles.

I am male. Is there a way I can simply check temperature?

I cannot find blood pressure nor temperature in Samsung Health Monitor. It only shows ECG.

Does anyone know how to get to the blood pressure setup screen?

I can't find temp either. BP & ECG are there for me. As I said in another post, the modded Samsung Health Monitor app needs to be installed (from a downloaded apk file) on the watch, if you do not have a Samsung phone. Then you'll have 2 Samsung Health monitor apps on your watch., but only the modded one will be "active". I can't say what the process is like when paired to a Samsung phone as I've only used my GW5 with a Google phone.

ECG works for me fine. I don't like to install unofficial software but thanks for the suggestion.

As others have noted, the temp sensor is not released yet for actual 'spot check' temp readings. At the moment, it is only available through the menstrual cycle tracking. That being said, if you do chose to track that (even as a male), the temp chart will still show.

Personally, I think that if Samsung wants to actually do body temperature measurement in general rather than just cycle tracking (which I actually think is a totally valid and useful feature to include, even if it isn't useful to me) then using a watch to measure skin temperature is a miss step.

Now if only they had some kind of device that was totally integrated with their watches and phones that went into the ear and already needed an IR sensor for in-ear detection...

The one I'd really like access to is blood pressure but if it only detects up and down without unit it would be of no value to me.

That said if it were possible to detect a fever, that would have been useful.

BP is a separate sensor and that does take 'spot check' readings. HOWEVER, this has not been approved (3 years in) by the FDA yet, so it cannot be used without installing modified software in the US.
