I was given a Samsung Galaxy Watch (42mm Midnight Black) as a gift for Christmas. I have a Google Pixel 3 phone which it is connected to. Faced a few minor problems but I have managed to work out and solve but now when I try to purchase and download a new watch face, even with all my card payments details correct I get the following error message:

Can someone please advise? I've had nothing but bother with any tech from Samsung
