Galaxy watch promotion no registration comfirmation?

I finally got my 42mm watch today. I tried to register for the free band promotion. It kept saying my serial number was incorrect when it wasnt...so I had to upload an image of the serial number on my watch. Finally, i got it to go through. I never received a confirmation and it doesnt show up under the "check gift status" anyone else?

The promotion is through samsung, but as long as you purchased from samsung/carrier/amazon/bestbuy you are eligible.

I had the same issue with my serial number and ended up just sending a picture. When I check gift status it says under review. I did get an email confirmation from Samsung. If you didn't get one I would suggest trying to submit again.

I finally got the confirmation email after submitting twice but it only shows that one is under review. Im glad to know im not the only one with the serial number issue.

I had the same serial number problem, mine still shows both as under review...

Not sure, I purchased mine on Amazon.
