Galaxy Watch sms has sound but not phone

[Android Central Question]

I just got a Galaxy Active 2 and set up and paired it. When I get text messages it only alerts me with the tone on the watch. I need it to do it on the phone also for when I am at work. Can this be done? Thanks

Have you looked in the settings for the Wearable app?
Under NOTIFICATIONS, there is an option labeled MUTE CONNECTED PHONE.
